This is the story of my journey through life with debilitating, chronic back pain—and my work to find a real solution that would allow me to live without it. It’s a story that I would rather not tell, but I feel I must. It’s important to me to share with you several things I’ve learned from my journey: how chronic back pain develops, what I endured as I tried to find solutions, and the methods I finally used to solve my back pain problem once and for all.
