Journalist Carol Vogel is a writer, political columnist and investigative reporter for the Valley Times, Las Vegas SUN, Las Vegas Review-Journal, Reno-Gazette Journal, Washington Post and numerous New York-based publications.

She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin with a B.A. in mass communication and a minor in English literature. She is the recipient of the Milwaukee Journal Press Award “Most Promising Journalist” and the Women in Communication Award.
